Factory plastic coolant expansion tanks weaken over time from heat and pressure cycling, and the stock tank's tiny 0.58 quart capacity doesn't leave much margin when things get hot. PRL's 6061 aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank solves both problems: it holds up to temperature and pressure far better than plastic, and more than doubles coolant capacity to 1.32 quarts — giving your cooling system meaningfully more volume to carry heat away from the engine while keeping the bay looking clean.

Built from 3mm thick 6061 aluminum, laser cut and TIG welded, the tank includes internal baffling to prevent coolant sloshing and cavitation under hard driving. Billet machined barb fittings and a sight glass make coolant level checks easy, and Buna-N O-rings throughout hold up to temperature swings without leaking.
