H&R Sport Lowering Springs | 23+ Civic Type R FL5, 23+ Integra Type S DE5

I'm stoked with my H&R lowering springs for my DE5. The ride quality is practically OEM, which was a huge surprise. The drop is perfect – not too aggressive, but enough to eliminate that unsightly wheel gap, giving my car an ideal stance. Big thanks to Humza for thoroughly explaining the differences between all the available springs for the DE5; his insights were incredibly helpful in making my decision. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my H&R springs on the FL5.

Suspension behavior is basically the same as the factory setup. Bump stops don’t need to be trimmed. Car sits about 3/4” lower, perfect for my daily driver.
