Dream Automotive's Hard Lagged downpipe is built from lightweight T304 stainless steel, giving you a higher flow rate and reduced back pressure to let the engine actually use its full capability instead of fighting factory restriction. A tangential-bend turbo outlet ensures a clean transition through the 3.5" bend, tapering down to a 3" exhaust outlet — hand-made to UK motorsport standards, TIG welded, with water-cut machined flanges for OEM-level fitment.

The Hard Lag Shield option wraps insulation material directly around the pipe, then micro spot-welds a metallic skin over it to seal everything in place. That metallic skin does double duty as part of the thermal barrier, giving the shielded version resistance up to 1200°C — a real difference from a simple heat wrap that can degrade over time.
