Dream Automotive Front seat covers are made with Heavy-duty 6oz Nylon Fabric and are tailored to fit the FK8 Front seat, either Driver or passenger. The cover has a Dream Logo embroidered onto the seat upright.
Having tested these for over 6 months on factory Type R seats in the UNITYCTR, we're super happy with the fit and material! The seat is fully protected to the point that leaving the windows partially open during a rainstorm (yup, that really happened to me) still didn't get the factory seats underneath wet. An additional benefit has been ease of getting in and out of the car without feeling like I am scraping/rubbing the suede seats, yet not loosing any grip the seats have on track. 110% Unity Approved!

If you’re honestly looking for a great quality - it looks good. And is truly water resistant.
I’m in cali where it gets a little too hot and you will start to sweat. The have a sense of protection for the seats from rain , sun and just natural body oils is lovely.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get an affordable seat cover for the FK8 front seats. Great quality and very easy to install. If I had a collection of FK8 type rs I would buy these seat covers for all of them.

I am sure they fit great for the Type R but not so much of a nice fit in the Si. Read the part where it mentions "confirmed to fit" in the Si. I like it but it is loose and all of my efforts to tighten it have failed.
It's the classic tale of you get what you pay for.
