The 27WON 80mm Catted Downpipe for the 11th Gen Civic is a bolt-on solution to reduce backpressure and improve turbo spool and horsepower on the 1.5T. The industry-leading 80mm bellmouth opening creates a large volume area for hot exhaust gases to escape quickly, improving turbocharger efficiency and response. Both inlet and outlet flanges are CAD-designed cast T304 stainless steel for optimal flow, durability, and fitment.

Includes provisions to reuse both OEM heat shields — keeping heat inside the exhaust and away from sensors and components. Center section and heat shield brackets are precision TIG welded. Laser-cut T304 SS heat shield brackets feature a multi-sided foot for a superior connection and long-term durability. A 200-cell metallic foil high-flow catalytic converter is included to manage exhaust odour.
