Requires 17" or larger wheels. Front and rear dust shields need to be trimmed for proper fitment. Included "blue sport" pads are intended for spirited street use - track use will need race-specific pads. Some aftermarket wheels and all OE wheels will require spacers to clear the calipers; OEM AP2 wheels need a minimum 10mm front / 20mm rear spacer. Minimum rotor thickness before replacement is 24mm - rotors can be turned down on a lathe but not past that limit. Confirm your setup against 27WON's wheel fitment guide before ordering.

A complete front and rear Big Brake Kit for the S2000: 2-piece fixed rotors, stainless steel brake lines, and 4-piston forged calipers, available for fronts only, rears only, or the full 4-wheel upgrade - rotors, calipers, brake lines, and hardware all included.

Piston volume matters more than piston count for clamping force, and 27WON went with a staggered 4-piston design specifically to save weight over a 6 or 8-piston setup while improving pad life - the smaller leading piston versus larger trailing piston reduces taper wear and sharpens pedal feel. Unlike the floating calipers most OEMs use (which only push from the inboard side), this fixed caliper design presses pads on both sides of the rotor simultaneously for faster response under hard braking.

The two-piece rotor design uses a separate aluminum hat bolted to the rotor ring, cutting unsprung mass while the aluminum hat dissipates heat faster than a one-piece rotor could. Six directional slots on the rotor face help reject heat and keep pad surfaces clean of dust and debris, extending pad life. Stainless steel retainers and pin hardware plus a high-temp hydraulic paint finish keep the calipers looking new for years.

The rear kit fully retains your mechanical parking brake function - no added caliper, no wiring in electronics - using a dedicated retention assembly that bolts directly to the 4-piston rear caliper around the 304mm rear rotors.
