Mishimoto's newest offering, the Civic Type R Race Air Intake! The Race Intake is 33.7% less restrictive than the stock intake; credits to a larger MAF housing, and a rotational-molded airbox that provides more airflow and resists engine heat soak to the high-flow oiled air filter included in the kit.

Also included is Mishimoto's Inlet Pipe, available in either crinkle Black or Red finish. The lower section mating to the turbo is made out of CNC-machined cast aluminum, which will bolt on to the turbo seamlessly without any modification. The upper portion of the inlet pipe connecting to the MAF is constructed from mandrel bent aluminum piping, and TIG welded to the lower CNC cast aluminum section.

This is a complete intake system, which includes the Inlet Pipe, MAF, Airbox, Filter, and all hardware needed for installation. Direct fit for 2017+ Honda Civic Type R. Custom tuning is required due to the substantial increase in airflow versus the stock intake and MAF.
